The Gliga Genial I violin has been handcrafted in Romania using woods sourced from the Carpathian Mountains, specifically from the Italian Valley, where it is known that Antonio Stradivari chose some of the woods used for his instruments. Gliga manufactures all its instruments by hand from the initial wood shaping to the final finish, predominantly using oil varnishes in thin layers to achieve great transparency. The antiqued final finish adds warmth to the appearance of the instrument. The strength and precision of the sound make this model suitable for intensive use in music schools. The Gliga Genial I violin comes mounted with Thomastik Alphayue strings, facilitating sound projection and enhancing the instrument's performance. Presented with a burgundy/black case.
